Our covers are made with top grade marine spa vinyl; and the tapers of cover are 4"-2"and 5"-4"; Galvanized C-Channel is installed on both sides of hinge for added strength；The foam density are 16kgs/m3,24kg/m3,32kg/m3 which increase the R-factor of the cover, adding to its ability to heat retention; Using high grade U.V.R thread and double stiched to withstand years of harsh weather and have its UV-resistance.
